accommodate any level of student but is meant to get your body moving.

We take our vinyasa class and make it work for you. This abbreviated class will allow students to get their yoga where and when they can, with the knowledge that life can bee busy

Whether you are a true beginner or you just want to take a step back to rebuild your foundation this class offers a breakdown of common poses to focus on alignment, modifications, and demonstrations
