We offer a variety of workshops to expand your practice as well as events to connect with the Hive community


January Jumpstart

This foundation yoga series will begin with the absolute basics of meditation, mindfulness, and the asana practice of yoga.Each week you will build on your knowledge, progressing from basic static poses to a non-stop flow.Each class will include a short meditation.Class 1: Meditation basics, Sun Salutations Class 2: Crescents, balancing, grounding Class 3: Backbends, abdominals, hip openers Class 4: Spinal twists

$60 for series if pre-registered. Drop ins (if available) $20 per class.

Bend & Mend

Bend & Mend is a yin based yoga class accompanied with an oracle card reading. Through a yin based class we will get deep into the connective tissue to release what’s stuck. As we release physically, a card reading focused on overcoming a specific obstacle or situation will be done to aid in mental and spiritual release, as well as receiving guidance from angels/guides/God/the universe. By the end of the class, the goal is to experience both physical, mental, and spiritual release and end in a place of heightened clarity.

Erin Eising, LMSW from Counseling Center of West Michigan will be doing a class on managing your anxiety surrounding motherhood and teaching your children how to manage their anxiety.

Breathwork for Healing the Heart

In the mid-winter--and around Valentine's Day--we often experience feelings of heartbreak, longing and loneliness. In this gentle session, we will be healing our wounded and weary hearts with breath, guided meditation and (optional) Sacred Springs Kombucha. It's time to heal in a compassionate community

Yoga Nidra

Yoga nidra is the conscious relaxation practice of guided meditation.

Join us the third Sunday of the month for intentional relaxation led by Jenny Christensen.

Bring a yoga mat and blanket, dress comfortably, and get ready for rest.
