Reiki Master Practitioner


Interests/Expertise: Zoe loves to use yoga to explore the depths of ones self through conscious movement, breath and meditation as a means for healing. She is passionate about how yoga is a path to spirituality, raising consciousness and achieving enlightenment. . 

Style: Present, transparent, safe and inviting. I teach alignment-based and with beginners in mind to accommodate and adapt to students of all levels.
