Join erin for a variation on meditation each week. She will introduce and offer a variety or meditation strategies, activities, and support for you to help build your own meditation practice.
4:30 - 5:30
Angela will hold space before the evening class for you to come and unwind. Whether practicing traditional meditation methods, writing out your grocery list, working through asanas or if you just need space to breathe, we're here for you.
For yourself or a small group (up to five) we offer private meditation coaching and sessions catered to your specific needs and desired outcomes.
